What kind of personal information Teatera collects and how it is collected?

We store the personal information you enter on the Website or give to Teatera in other ways. We obtain most personal information through the Teatera account registration process and updates to account details. You have the right to seek access to the personal information held about you and to advise Teatera of any inaccuracy. There are some exceptions to this right set out in the Privacy Act 1988. We are committed to providing a comfortable buying experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request.   1. Return & Exchange Conditions:

 

  • All return items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
  • All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
  • Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of delivery date.
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

  1. Non-returnable items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

 

  1. General Return Process:

 

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return form.
  • Fill out the return form and include it with your return package.
  • Pack the item securely, and include any accessories, tags, and original packaging.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 

  1. Return Charge:

 

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.

 

  1. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

  1. Order Cancellations:

 

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping and Taxes Policy

1. Processing Time
Most orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. For security reasons, first-time orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may require additional verification time. We reserve the right to ship items in separate packages, and partial shipments will not release you from the obligation to pay for remaining items.

2. Shipping Options and Charges
Teatera offers a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and international shipping, to accommodate your needs. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. The applicable charges will be displayed on your order form before you finalize your purchase.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment online. Additionally, you will be sent email updates on the progress of your order and its estimated delivery date.

4. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. Teatera will collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve any problems and ensure your order is delivered promptly.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Teatera currently does not ship to certain countries or regions. For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding restricted shipping locations, please visit our website.

6. Title and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Teatera's website are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the items transfer to you upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
