Aroma: Sweet, gentle, and soothing—with a soft, rounded citrus fragrance that deepens gracefully over time. It carries a calming warmth without any sharpness or earthy undertone.

Appearance: Thick, deep reddish-brown peels with a slightly curled form and a smooth, leathery surface. Oil-rich and dense, each piece showcases the maturity of the fruit and careful sun-curing. 

Taste: Smooth and rounded with a gentle sweetness and a warm citrus aftertaste. The flavor is rich but never overpowering—perfect for solo brewing or pairing with teas like Pu-erh and white tea.

Brewing: Best steeped with boiling water (100°C / 212°F). Can be brewed alone or added to tea, soups, or porridge. 2–3 grams per cup recommended.
