The first infusion is led by the freeze-dried passionfruit, bringing an intense fruity aroma and a bright, distinctly tart flavour. Delicate jasmine and fresh green tea sit gently underneath, adding floral depth and a clean finish.

Enjoy it as it is for a bold, naturally tart fruit tea, or add rock sugar for a softer, more balanced cup. It is also delicious chilled, while with the second infusion, the green tea becomes more noticeable, with the passionfruit and jasmine lingering gently in the background.

How to Brew

- Hot -
Water Temperature: 85 - 90°C (185 - 194℉)
Water: 300 - 450 ml
Steeping Time: 5 - 8 minutes
Re-steep: Each sachet can be infused multiple times.

- Cold -
Water: 500 - 650ml purified water at room temperature
Method: Place the blend into a bottle, add water, and seal tightly.
Steeping Time: 2 - 4 hours at room temperature or 6 hours refrigerated.
